Job Title: Assistant, Facilities
Summary support Space Planning and Reporting under Facilities dept. in administrative/ support capacity
Start: asap
Duration: ~ 2 months

Some facilities experience or office manager.
Familiar with any Facility management software a plus.
Experience with booking systems a plus.
Can read and understand a CAD drawing.
Experience with project management a plus or should be able to manage multiple tasks, tracking department work items and keeping accurate records/notes for each task.
Accurate Data entry with large amounts of data of all kinds.
Reporting – Knowing Excel V-Look Up and Pivot Tables.
Tableau and Power BI a plus.
Understanding of databases and how to get information from them.
Self-starter and organized.
Flexible work - can work from home, but may need to come in on occasion.
Tech savvy.
Familiar with apps such as Slack, Quip, Box, Outlook.
Customer service oriented.
