Duties:
We have an opportunity available for a contract Audio Visual Technician to assist with onsite AV operations, and conference room escalation support. The AV Technician is responsible for managing the day to day audio visual duties for all spaces including conference rooms, training rooms, as well as assisting with major events onsite. The technician will report directly to the onsite Audio Visual Manager.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate preventative and reactive AV support and maintenance for onsite conference rooms and training spaces
Maintain and support AV systems that support internal meetings and seminars
Maintain AV backstock inventory and Live Events equipment within the region
Support Video Conferencing endpoints and service
Assist onsite AV Engineers with projects and events: plan, organize, and schedule crew, equipment, and activities required to meet specified deadlines
Monitor AV ticketing queue and engage in break-fix for conference rooms with a priority on customer service
Colleague meeting support and User Adoption Training (includes creating Knowledge Base Articles, Standard Operating Procedures, Training Materials, and Quick Reference Guides)
Maintain AV service level agreements and commitments
Ability and flexibility to travel, in order to assist with maintaining consistent AV experience in field offices and to assist offsite Events
White glove AV Support for onsite meetings and events
Work with meeting organizers and partners prior to, the day of, and during meetings to gather requirements and ensure success
