• Consult & advise clients and partners about trends and changes within the market and latent landscape through the use of market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics to help influence & drive talent strategy
• Attract, influence and convert hard to find passive talent. Effectively promote and convey unique & distinct landscape and employment value proposition
• Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive recruitment strategies
• Generate qualified candidate pools through cost-effective efforts (Internet mining, networking, referrals, alternative sourcing, etc.) Leverage sourcing platforms & tools to expand outreach efforts
• Partner with Sourcing to create targeted reports of companies employing similar talent profiles to determine availability in specific markets. Review insights with hiring leaders in anticipation of future openings and to assist with forecasting targets for high visibility projects
• Screen and assess candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and salary expectations
• Maximize use of ATS & TRM tools for workflow tracking, communication and management of active and passive candidates
• Partner with Global Mobility and Legal Counsel to provide candidate immigration consultation at offer stage to determine options and create a seamless onboarding experience
• Assist with Employee Relations matters ensuring compliance with corporate policies, including state and federal employment & labor laws
• Represent at conferences, expos and other outreach engagements

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and qualifying niche STEM talent
• 5 years of technical recruiting & sourcing experience
• Deliver results in a very fast paced environment
• Experience with ATS, CRM/TRM tools. Effectively leverage social networking sites, sourcing tools, cold calling, Boolean searches and networking
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen, able to adjust to changing business needs and structure
• Excellent consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels
• Strong time management and prioritization capabilities
• Multi-task and effectively self-manage in a results measured environment
• Effectively problem solve using both traditional & innovative techniques
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Basic knowledge of employment law & best practices
