Position: Administrative Assistant/Appointment setter.
Start: October 3rd 35 hours per week. 9am – 6pm
Duration: 6-8 weeks until end of November.
What you will do:
Make outbound phone calls to get people to list house.
Gauge interest of selling house. Pass on to Agent
Gather info research – Find properties for clients – Home Builders
Look through data, create brochures, good writing skills, posting on website Social media. No scripts.
Who you are:
Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Good on the phone
Independent worker looks for stuff to do.
Good with Excel – not creating spreadsheets,
Familiar with CRM’s – Use proprietary CRM Email merge Outlook,
post to social media adn website
Research properties to develop.
