Prestigious corporate firm in the Fredericksburg area is seeking a Corporate Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the Administrator and Office Manager as well as assist the Accounting team.

Wonderful team atmosphere.

Work Hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday with some overtime required during the months of March and April.

Salary $16.00 – $18.50 per hour & based upon experience


  • Minimum 2-3 years administrative experienced required or recent graduate in the Business or Accounting field helpful
  • Ability to answer a very busy multi-line phone system
  • Must have Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Minimum 45 wpm typing
  • Previous experience working for a financial institution, CPA of accounting firm helpful
  • Prehire criminal background check and drug screen will be required


  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Assist clients with questions and inquires
  • Perform administrative duties utilizing Microsoft Word
  • Assist admin team and accounting team with daily and monthly report creation in Excel
  • Data Entry
  • Assist office with scanning of tax documents and maintaining paperless office environment
  • Calendar scheduling
