The Contingent talent team is responsible for the strategy, operations and guidance across the Temp-Worker, Independent Contractor and Vendor space internationally. Our team makes it easy for managers to engage with the contingent workforce by providing training, education, and guidelines to minimize risk. We offer data and insights on contingent worker planning, hiring and strategy which enables our business partners to make informed decisions and engage the right contingent talent, quickly, through a great experience.
We are looking for a Contract Contingent Talent Coordinator to join our talent organization in Los Angeles (remote). As a member of the team, you will be the ambassador of the contractor experience. Your responsibilities encompass administration for contingent on/off-boarding and maintaining contingent worker and supplier data. The Contingent Talent Coordinator will provide ongoing support to the contingent talent team on a day-to-day basis.
In this role you will:
Assist with new contractor on-boarding into our various tools and systems (Workday, Wand, AirTable)
Collaborate with Contingent Talent Partners, Operations Specialists, CT Program Managers, Hiring Managers and other cross functional partners
Email start day instructions to temporary workers who are beginning assignments
System Updates – transfers, data change, end date changes, and terminations in various systems and tools including our HRIS, CRM and VMS
Assign and respond to tickets in our Ticketing System (Hiver)

Skills and Experience:
3+ years in HR, staffing-agency and/or client service experience is ideal
Experience working in Workday (HRIS), Wand (VMS), and AirTable preferred
Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
You are a good problem solver, you know the right questions to ask to take on the situation at hand using the resources available to you
You have intermediate experience with Google Suite (Gmail, GCal, Google Calendar, etc), recruiting systems and knowledge of ticketing systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
